Si he hablado de las exposiciones de Zaragoza y de la del museo del Romanticismo y voy a dedicar unas cuantas entradas de este mes de agosto a hablar un poco del resto del festival.
Este año ha sido el que menos tiempo he pasado en Madrid para ver las exposiciones, pues no se han hecho los encuentros y me ha resultado difícil por circunstancias personales. No solo he estado poco tiempo sino que el poco tiempo he intentado ver más de lo debido, no he caminado entre una exposición y otra sino que he usado el metro o el bus.
Voy a dedicar unas cuantas entradas en este agosto a hablar del festival; empiezo ahora.
Este año el festival madrileño se divide en dos partes una llamada "Carta Blanca" bajo la batuta de Alberto García Alix y otra llamada Sección oficial con todo lo demás y sin tema aparente.
Esta segunda parte esta muy bien para todos aquellos (que alguno somos) que no bebemos en la fuente de García Alix.
De esta parte oficial, hoy quiero hablar de la exposición que más me ha gustado de todo lo que he visto, es la de Gabriele Basilico en la sede del ICO (me han dejado la rima hecha). La exposición grande, la fotografía con mayúsculas, el dominio del gran formato, una visión personal de la ciudad, lo tiene todo para gustarme, no, no es la única exposición, pero....

From this official part, today I want to talk about the exhibition that I liked most of everything I've seen, is that of Gabriele Basilico at the headquarters of ICO (they have left the rhyme done). The big exhibition, the photograph with capital letters, the mastery of the large format, a personal vision of the city, has everything to please me, no, it is not the only exhibition, but ....
