J.- de Tipotipista y tipotipólogo a enmesar

Hoy he conocido a un tipo que se dedica a hacer tipos (tipotipista) y a estudiar sobre ellos (tipotipólogo), se llama Pedro Arilla y es de Egea de los Caballeros. La letra que ha hecho se llama Valentina como homenaje a su abuela (gran homenaje). Es la que uso en el letrero de la gastronomía de abajo. Tiene unas ligaduras preciosas que no uso en el letrero porque no se me han descargado o no he sabido instalarlas o noseque, pero como he puesto el enlace se puede ver en la web.
Por otro lado y también hoy aunque en otro tiempo y en otro espacio he sido uno de los 345687987 originales fotógrafos que hemos fotografiado la niebla en Zaragoza, como 2345698 de ellos lo he hecho en el río y como 588768 en el puente del Pilar conocido como de Hierro (mi puente). Realmente, la niebla donde se ve, es en la zona en la que no se ve nada, cuando se ve algo (silueta, puente, coche, ...) eso no es la niebla, eso es otra cosa; una foto de la niebla, debería ser una foto toda ella gris.
Termino este texto con unas fotos de la proyección que estoy preparando para hacer en el hospital Miguel Servet con la asociación Believe in Art, es sobre gastronomía, el tema lo he elegido de forma consciente aun sabiendo que no se cocinar; no estoy aprendiendo a cocinar, pero una parte importante de la gastronomía creo que es el emplatar (que viene o va a venir en el diccionario) y esto lo estoy practicando, no sobre un plato, sino directamente sobre la mesa (¿será enmesar?).

Today I met a guy who is dedicated to making types (tipotipista) and study on them (tipotipólogo) is called Pedro Arilla and is Egea de los Caballeros. The letter called Valentina made as a tribute to his grandmother (great tribute). It is the use in the sign of gastronomy.
Furthermore, and even today although in another time and another place I have been one of 345687987 original photographers who have photographed the fog in Zaragoza, as 2345698 of them have done in the river and as 588,768 on the bridge of Pilar known as Iron (my bridge). Actually, the fog which is seen is in the area where you see nothing, when you see something (silhouette, bridge, car, ...) that's not fog, that's another thing; a photo of the fog, a photo should be all of it gray.
I conclude this paper with some pictures of the projection that I am preparing to Miguel Servet hospital in the association Believe in Art, is about food, the subject was chosen consciously knowing that not cook; I'm not learning to cook, but an important part of gastronomy think is to put the food in the plate and this I am practicing, not on a plate, but directly on the table.
