J.- Me los quitan de las manos

De alguna manera puedo decir que estoy vendiendo una fotografía.

Es una fotografía firmada seriada y numerada, como se dice conpentoranéamente es formato cupón y por tanto de venta a bajo coste.

Si, es así, por tan solo 1,50 euros podéis haceros con una foto mía, la he distribuido por toda España y estará a la venta hasta no se que hora del próximo lunes 3 de mayo, en todos los kioscos y puntos de venta de la ONCE, no le pidas al vendedor la foto de Garrido, aunque está firmada (seriada y numerada) pues por discreción he decidido que se venda con el siguiente código o referencia: "cupón para el día 3 de mayo" el vendedor te entenderá y te dará mi foto.

Aprovechando la numeración, vamos a hacer un sorteo para repartir algún que otro premio.

Si algún día Goya deja de mirarme mal (esta foto es de hace unos años, cuando aún no me había puesto las canas), tal vez, ese día explique porque el logotipo es mas grande que el motivo, la firma manuscrita de Francisco de Goya y Lucientes.

L.- Día de la propiedad intelectual

Hoy ha sido el día mundial de la propiedad intelectual, no hace falta pasear mucho por internet, para ver que el inalienable derecho al reconocimiento de la autoría en el caso de la fotografía, sigue siendo algo que la gente, instituciones y otros se pasan por el arco del triunfo (puede que esta sea una expresión machista, no lo se, pero lo del pito del sereno, seguramente es también machista y absolutamente trasnochado.

Debo decir que en el Museo de Zaragoza, donde trabajo cumplen casi bien con la ley y el reconocimiento de este derecho; y todas las fotos que se publican actualmente (SEUO) van firmadas.

Una vez terminada esta perorata sobre uno de mis talones de Aquiles, paso ya a celebrar la primavera, a poner florecillas y aviso o comunico que el cactus que vino de Murcia (que bonica eres) ya tiene un hijo del tamaño que tenía el padre cuando vino a traer alegría a casa.

Si, me hubiera gustado celebrar el equinoccio en su momento, pero la vida no me da.

M.- Intellectual property day

S.- La Huerta del tío Pichichi

Ayer fotografié el cuadro de "La huerta del tío Pichichi" pintado por Beruete y recién restaurado por Carmela.

La huerta estaba en el barrio Ajates muy cerca del camión de divertilandia (la inexorabilidad del paso del tiempo, ya sabes), muy cerca del convento de la Encarnación, de San Andrés y de San Martín.

Pongo varias fotos de la muralla por si alguno duda de cuál es la ciudad.

S.- La Huerta del Tío Pichichi

Yesterday I photographed the painting "La huerta del tío Pichichi" painted by Beruete and recently restored by Carmela.

The garden was in the Ajates neighborhood, very close to the divertilandia truck (the inexorability of the passage of time, you know), very close to the convent of La Encarnación, San Andrés and San Martín.

Hay veces que mi trabajo viene envuelto en periódico, como los buenos bocadillos. En este caso viene de bien lejos.

El otro día vinieron Raquel y David al Museo, estuvimos hablando de fotografía científica, de museos, de mi trabajo. Fue un rato muy agradable y entretenido. Ayer pusieron el resumen en los informativos de Aragón Televisión (en aragon Noticias 1, en el minuto 23 y 12 segundos).
Desde las nubes hasta el cauce.
Esta noticia surge a raíz de la visita de un grupo de miembros de la AFZ al taller de fotografía.

The other day Raquel and David came to the Museum, we were talking about scientific photography, museums, my work. It was a very enjoyable and entertaining time. Yesterday they put the summary in the information of Aragon Television.

J.- Visita

El próximo domingo vienen al museo (al museo de Zaragoza, claro) un grupo de mis amigos de AFZ.
Daremos una vuelta por las salas, hablaremos de fotografía y, seguro, pasaremos un buen rato.
La última foto no es de este museo, que es de otro, la eterna cosa entre la verdad y la mentira de la fotografía.

Next Sunday a group of my AFZ friends come to the museum (to the museum of Zaragoza, of course).

Preparamos en el Museo este montaje para celebrar el día de la mujer y en el Facebook del museo se publicó correctamente firmado, como se hace en los últimos tiempos en el Museo. 

La misma imagen la usa el Gobierno de Aragón (con todo el derecho) en la promoción institucional de los actos de los museos ese día. En el camino la firma se perdió. Debo decir que en ningún momento he renunciado a mi derecho de reconocimiento de autoría, simplemente eso, en el camino la firma se perdió. Claro, no voy a perder el tiempo ni el sueño buscando responsabilidades, ni voy a pensar porque esto pasa tan a menudo, ni voy a escribir las cosas que he tenido que oír a lo largo de mi vida cuando he pedido que se respete este derecho.

Pero en estos últimos días me ha llamado la atención la claridad con la que veo firmada (el fotógrafo es Maurizio Cristofolini) esta foto de la Iglesia de Santa María de Loreto, en uno de los aeropuertos de Roma y el hecho de que en Andalucía tienen un Centro Andaluz de la Fotografía (ha sido noticia estos días pues han nombrado director a Rafael Doctor-en la foto de 2013).

Y es que en cada sitio tenemos lo que tenemos.

But in recent days I have been struck by the clarity with which I see signed (the photographer is Maurizio Cristofolini) this picture of the Church of Santa Maria de Loreto in one of the airports of Rome and the fact that in Andalusia they have An Andalusian Center of Photography (it has been news these days as they have appointed director to Rafael Doctor).
And is that in each site we have what we have.

Estos días con el otoño ya queriendo dejar paso al invierno, en el Museo de Zaragoza está sucediendo el Mercado (solidario) del 13, hasta el domingo 13.
Luego, ya traeremos el invierno con sus fríos y sus hielos.
